BYD was created in Shenzhen in February 1995, initially dedicated to rechargeable batteries. Its accumulated experience in cells and electronics took the group into electric vehicles, renewable energy and stationary storage.
In the solar line, Battery-Box Premium brings together low- and high-voltage families. The LVS models in the catalog are modular low-voltage LFP towers; they do not share the electrical architecture of the HVS and HVM lines.
Focus and technology
BYD focuses on modular low-voltage residential storage.
- Vertical integration and long experience in batteries
- The modular architecture of the Premium LVS family
- Official documentation and lists of compatible inverters
What to check before buying
LVS, HVS and HVM are not interchangeable. Respect the minimum and maximum number of modules, control unit, parallel topology, firmware version and the compatible inverter list published for the region.
Buying BYD equipment in Brazil
Before buying, confirm that all modules and the control unit belong to the same generation, who provides the warranty in Brazil, and that the inverter, firmware and communication cable are on the current BYD Battery-Box list.
