"Flexible cable" is a class or commercial description used by many manufacturers and does not automatically identify a company. The Silizium catalog keeps "Cabo Flex" because that is the label attached to the active products.
No corporate page could unambiguously link the 2.5 mm² models in the catalog to a manufacturing company. The lack of that confirmation is a due-diligence finding, not a gap to be filled with assumptions.
Focus and technology
Cabo Flex focuses on flexible cables listed as solar products.
- A label kept so the catalog items can be found
- A page focused on document checks before buying
- Comparison by cross-section, resistance, voltage and certification
What to check before buying
Ask for a legible photo of the metre marking on the sheath, the reel label, the manufacturer's registration, the matching certificate and the 2.5 mm² datasheet. An ordinary 750 V flexible cable is not a substitute for 1.8 kV DC photovoltaic cable.
Buying Cabo Flex equipment in Brazil
If seller and manufacturer cannot demonstrate batch conformity and traceability, do not specify the product in a photovoltaic DC circuit. Record in the project the actual brand printed on the cable received.
