Zeversolar was formed in 2011 by the union of Jiangsu Eversolar and Jiangsu ZOF, with development and production in China.

In March 2013 SMA completed the purchase of 72.5% and increased its stake the same year. For Zeverlution, the decisive point today is the continuity of support.
